From Old World Wisdom to New World Waters
In the 1860s, when the world was still vast and uncertain, John and Katherine Gollon left their small river fishing village of Gulcz, Poland, with courage as their compass. They carried little more than hope, faith, and the knowledge passed down through generations — the art of working the land and the waters. Settling along the confluences of the Wisconsin River and the Haymeadow Creek, the saga began.
